a note from boss lady, winter holiday edition

Over the course of my time as a yoga practitioner, I’ve been introduced to new ways of understanding and appreciating the Winter Solstice, which is upon us.  Throughout written history, people have marked this auspicious time as a transition from darkness to light.

The Winter Solstice invites us to pause. To rest. To appreciate both the darkness AND the light.  To celebrate.  To gather.  To appreciate solitude.  The Winter Solstice brings to us an opportunity to accept, acknowledge and understand that (seemingly) opposite forces can exist in the same space and with the same value.  Tonight, I’ll be observing the solstice through a
Restorative Yoga class offering.  If you’re free, I hope you’ll join us.

As we settle into Winter here in North America, the Team here at Triciapedia marks this transition with an extended break.  During this time, each of us hope that you, too, will find joy, peace, rest, and return in the New Year with a renewed sense of hope.

We are grateful for you.

Stay well, keep moving–
Tricia
