a note from boss lady, anniversary edition

I'm writing to you just a few days after the fourth anniversary of Triciapedia, the business.  My heart and spirit are full with reflection and gratitude as I look back on four absolutely wild years. In some ways, full time “Boss Lady-ship” is so much more than what I hoped for or imagined, and in others it’s exactly what I set out to do.
 

Here are some words of gratitude I’ve received lately that are staying with me and speaking for me:

     “ I so appreciate your ability to let everyone have time and care for themselves while also working and serving the clients.  It truly was an excellent reminder how to care for your staff well.”

       “You’ve created a community of awesome people, and I’m just so excited to be a part of it.”

                    “I am so excited to work with so many badass women!" 
 

The work is fun, challenging, meaningful and dynamic.  On any given day, we are helping build and expand businesses, collaborating with clients to bring their message and vision to life through live events, and creating digital content that touches audiences around the world.  And as a team, we do all of this with kindness, integrity, creativity, patience and joy.

Triciapedia may not be the easiest to explain in a marketable sound bite, but the intention…well, it speaks for itself.
