Who is Triciapedia?

Triciapedia is not just a thing or a funny nickname, it’s a company!  Though it’s kind of hard to define, the easiest thing is to think of us as consultants.  Meet the team below.

Patricia Anderson (She/Her/Hers), Boss Lady

Patricia Anderson is one of very few people you'll meet who has worked for two Presidents, two Vice Presidents and Mickey Mouse and that's just the headline of a remarkably diverse career spanning two decades and multiple industries. She has a reputation for calm under pressure, creative problem solving and just generally getting stuff done--like popping up a grocery store in less than 24 hours during a government shut down. Over the course of her career, Patricia has produced hundreds of live events for audiences ranging in size from 10 to 10,000 in over 30 cities around the world. She is also a sought after business coach, working with startups as a strategic consultant for business development and operations. With this dynamic background, it's no surprise Patricia was able to pivot during the pandemic--simultaneously transitioning existing clients from live events to digital events while also building and managing a digital events team for an international professional association. Patricia holds a Masters in Public Administration from The American University in Washington, DC as well as the following certifications:

Empower Leadership Model Leadership Coach
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer
RYT 200 Yoga Instructor

Cybill Valentine (She/Her/Hers), Wing Woman

Most people don’t know that Cybill planned and studied to be an Immunologist. She envisioned herself working to cure the world of disease or working to reduce infant and maternal mortality rates. Regrettably, Cybill didn’t love the experience of working in a lab, so she explored new paths in the Community Development and Association space, where she learned about producing live events. The rest is ”her-story.”

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Cybill pursued a certification as a COVID compliance officer. She produced hundreds of hours of digital content and ensured the safety of artists, performers and staff for multiple in person events and productions. Cybill's original event specialty is meeting planning, and she is also a travel agent registered with IATA. People love working with Cybill because she brings calm, good humor and a can-do spirit to every project.

Sarah Keese (She/Her/Hers), Wing Woman

With job titles ranging from Gender Advisor, Data Analyst, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, and now Project Manager, Sarah’s career experiences are as varied as her mailing addresses. Having lived as an expat for over a decade working for U.S. federal departments and foreign governments, the shift in work styles post-pandemic resulted in her joining the growing ranks of digital nomads.

Currently based in Europe, Sarah uses her keen attention to detail and ability to juggle a multitude of tasks to support Triciapedia clients across the board. Whether it’s producing Zoom webinars, generating graphics, handling travel logistics, or managing project timelines, Sarah shows up with whatever is needed to get the job done with a smile (whatever time zone she’s in).

Sabrina Kalin Martinez (She/Her/Hers, Ella/Suya), Wing Woman

Before Triciapedia, Patricia and Sabrina began their friendship as colleagues in a high school in Montgomery County, Maryland. Afterwards, it wasn't long before Patricia convinced Sabrina to enter the event planning and production world. Sabrina has acquired a unique perspective from almost 30 years in managing classrooms and handling multiple, sometimes impromptu, scenarios. Fortunately, her vast experience from being in various school settings has transferred seamlessly in making connections with Triciapedia clients. Her remarkable way of accomplishing tasks quickly and efficiently and her unforgettable laughter, make her a valuable asset to the Triciapedia team. When Sabrina is not otherwise engaged in matters related to second language acquisition or traveling in Europe, she devotes her time to everything Triciapedia.

Nicole Schuppert (She/Her/Hers), Event Production Associate

Nicole helps bring events to life by coordinating vendors behind the scenes and providing on-site support to ensure every detail runs smoothly. She thrives in the fast-paced world of event production and enjoys being part of a team where collaboration and creativity shine.

What she loves most about working at Triciapedia is being part of a women-owned company that values passion, precision, and kindness. Every event is a new opportunity to create something memorable, and Nicole loves watching them come to life.

Amanda Delk (She/Her/Hers), Business Operations Manager

Amanda is thrilled to return to the Triciapedia team! She began her work with Patricia a few years ago supporting the shift of in-person productions to a remote format and is looking forward to contributing to the team in a new capacity. With a 20-year career spanning interior design, real estate and global virtual assistance, she brings a unique blend of aesthetic vision and structured support to the team while managing multiple projects with organization and clarity.

Amanda is proud to be part of a woman-owned business in a space where we lead with compassion, lift others up, and create an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
