Boss Lady Assessment
The first offering we make to any entrepreneur is a three-month engagement to assess your business operations and determine whether there’s a need for additional services.
Let’s be honest — we also need to see if we like each other and work well together.
During this three month period, you will meet with Patricia on the following cadence:
90-minute introductory session where Patricia will learn what your business is all about and where you’d like to take it. At the end of this session, we will agree on a short-term action plan for the three-month pilot. This is a strategic, big-picture conversation.
Establish a regular check-in. This may be once a week, it may be every other week, it may even be twice a week — it all depends on what we decide together is necessary to get the job done. These are more tactical, get-stuff-done conversations.
Transition meeting of 30-60 minutes near the end of month three, where we determine if and how we will continue to work together.
Our assessment reviews your current business operations practices including:
• Discussing overall business strategy, including client engagement approach, workflow and all operations
• Setting long and short term goals for business operations
• Reviewing the lead generation/business development process
• Identifying areas of need to support your goals for your business
It also includes up to 5 hours/week of project management support from a Triciapedia team member, such as:
• Drafting systems such as Monday.com or other project management tools
• Researching resources such as bookkeepers, accountants, attorneys
• Managing the process of hiring a person or group of people
• Reviewing and updating marketing materials
*This work will be determined collaboratively in our kickoff call.
